HM50N03K is a n-channel enhancement mode power mosfet. It uses advanced trench technology and design to provide excellent Rds(on) with low gate charge. It can be used in a wide variety of applications.
 
HM50N03K is compatible to AP50N03, PHD50N03, AP45N03, PHD45N03, PHP45N03, AOD452, AOD472.
