八。注意事項
1.防潮濕包裝Moisture Barrier Bag
To avoid moisture penetrate into PLCC SMDLED package, the MBB bag packing is vacuum pack. 為避
免產品在運輸及儲存中吸濕,PLCC SMD LED 的包裝是用防潮的鋁包裝袋抽真空包裝，并且包裝袋里
面含有干燥劑，干燥劑主要起到控制包裝里的濕度。
2. 儲存Storage
a. The LEDs can be preserved for 1 year in condition of temperature no more than 30℃ and humidity no
more than 60%RH. If more than 12months, recommended the unit go through re-bake process. 包裝袋密封
后貯存在條件為溫度< 30℃， 濕度< 60%RH，保存期為12 個月。當超過保質期時，需要重新烘烤。
b.在開包裝之前，請先檢查包裝袋有無漏氣，如果有漏氣現象，請重新烘烤后再使用。After open the
MBB bag, check any leakage. If found any leakage, reel must go through re-bake process.
c.開封后請在以下條件使用：溫度< 30℃、濕度在60%RH 以下；如果使用時間超出24 小時，須做以
下烘烤處理才可使用。After open the MBB bag, recommended to be used under temperature <30℃ and
humidity <60%RH. If more than 24 hours, reel must go through re-bake process.
d.烘烤條件：產品在烘箱在溫度為70℃ ± 5℃；相對濕度≤10%RH，時間： 12 小時。Re-bake condition:
Reel bake in condition 70℃ ± 5℃ for 12 hours.
e.從包裝中拿出產品再烘烤。在烘烤的過程中不能打開烤箱門。During re-bake process, not recommend
to open the oven door.
3．靜電放電和沖擊電流ESD and EOS
a.靜電放電（ ESD ）或脈沖電流（ EOS ） ，可能會損害PLCC SMD LED。ESD and EOS might damage
the product.
b.必須佩戴靜電手腕，穿靜電鞋或抗靜電手套后，才可以進行PLCC SMD LED 生產。Recommended to
wear ESD ground strip, ESD shoes.
c.所有的機械設備必須接地。Recommended machine to be grounded.
4. 焊接Solder
4-1手工焊接作業Manual solder operation
a.使用的烙鐵必須少于25W，烙鐵溫度必須保持在低于315℃ ，焊接時間不能超過2 秒。The solder iron
